The grants available as well as the additional on the ground support to help companies identify energy and material reduction initiatives will go a long way to helping businesses reduce costs," Piper said.
"Saving money and creating efficiencies are vital to Victorian companies in the current economic climate," Piper said.
"The Assessment Compliance and Environmental Risk Training (ACERT) Program via EPA Victoria has been also been an important initiative in helping companies ensure compliance with environmental obligations and showing how they can improve the bottom line."
